PDFFRAME may collect or process identifiers such as name and email address; transaction and subscription information received from Paddle; internet or network activity such as IP address and request logs; device and browser information; files you choose to process through server workflows; file names; and support-message content.

Purposes

We use this information to provide document tools, fulfill exports and conversions, verify premium access, administer subscriptions, operate and protect the site, respond to support and privacy requests, debug issues, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Server and service provider processing

Most tools run in the browser. Some workflows may use PDFFRAME server processing, Adobe PDF Services, hosting and security providers, analytics services, and Paddle for payment and subscription processing.

Retention

Browser-processed files remain on your device. Server-processed files are intended for temporary use and deletion after processing where supported. Transaction, subscription, support, security, and operational records may be retained as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
