PDFFRAME 2.44

Terms of Use

Terms for using PDFFRAME browser-based PDF tools.

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Operator and agreement

PDFFRAME is operated by William, an independent developer. By using the service or purchasing premium access, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

The service

PDFFRAME provides browser-based tools for editing, merging, splitting, compressing, signing, converting, exporting, and preparing documents. Most tools run in your browser. Some high-quality conversion and PDF unlock workflows may use server processing and Adobe PDF Services when enabled.

Subscription and charges

The premium plan costs $0.79 for the first 7 days. On day 8, you are charged $29.99 for one year of premium access. The subscription then renews automatically at $29.99 per year until canceled. Prices are stated in USD and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The checkout page shows the amount due before you confirm payment.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

By subscribing, you authorize the $29.99 annual charge on day 8 and subsequent annual renewal charges until cancellation. You may cancel at any time using the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or customer portal, or by contacting 625940373@qq.com. Cancel before day 8 to avoid the first annual charge. After an annual payment, cancel before the next annual renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Paddle as merchant of record

Paddle acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid transactions. Paddle processes checkout and payment information, calculates and collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, and handles eligible refunds and chargebacks under Paddle's buyer terms. Your purchase may also be subject to terms presented by Paddle at checkout.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable consumer law. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge already made.

Your files and responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload, process, and download. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process each file. Review downloaded results before relying on, filing, signing, or sharing them.

Acceptable use

Do not use PDFFRAME to process unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass access controls without permission, distribute malware, abuse the service, or violate applicable laws. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal and payment-network requirements.

No professional advice

PDFFRAME is a document utility. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, medical, or other professional advice.

Availability and changes

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue tools. Material changes to subscription pricing apply prospectively and will be communicated as required by law; existing charges are governed by the terms shown when the transaction was confirmed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that every file will process correctly, that output will preserve all formatting, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFFRAME and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
