Information we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process files you choose to upload, file names, browser and device information, IP address, request logs, support emails, and information you provide in forms or messages.

Browser-based tools

Most PDFFRAME tools run directly in your browser. For those tools, files are processed locally on your device and are not intentionally uploaded to PDFFRAME servers for processing.

Server and Adobe processing

Some high-quality conversion and PDF unlock workflows may send files to PDFFRAME servers for processing. When Adobe PDF Services is enabled for a workflow, your file may be sent to Adobe as a service provider to complete the conversion or unlock operation.

File retention

Server-processed files are intended to be temporary for completing the task you requested. The server code deletes temporary conversion files after processing where supported. Do not upload files you are not comfortable processing through the selected workflow.

Accounts, payments, and analytics

The current public tools do not require login or payment. The site may use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager when configured in deployment to understand visits, page views, sources, and basic usage. If accounts, ads, or payment providers are added later, this policy will be updated with the relevant providers and information involved.

You may contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or objection to processing of personal information related to your use of the site. We may need information to verify and process the request.

Children

PDFFRAME is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable technical measures for the current stage of the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, hosting, analytics, payments, or conversion infrastructure changes.
