Information we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process files you choose to upload, file names, browser and device information, IP address, request logs, support messages, and information you submit through forms. When you purchase or manage a subscription, we may receive your name, email address, country, transaction and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, renewal date, refund status, and limited payment-method details such as brand and last digits.
Browser-based tools
Most PDFFRAME tools run directly in your browser. For those tools, files are processed locally on your device and are not intentionally uploaded to PDFFRAME servers for processing.
Server and Adobe processing
Some high-quality conversion and PDF unlock workflows may send files to PDFFRAME servers for processing. When Adobe PDF Services is enabled for a workflow, your file may be sent to Adobe as a service provider to complete the conversion or unlock operation.
File retention
Server-processed files are intended to be temporary for completing the task you requested. The server code deletes temporary conversion files after processing where supported. Do not upload files you are not comfortable processing through the selected workflow.
Paddle payment processing
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for paid transactions. Payment details are entered directly into Paddle's checkout and processed under Paddle's privacy notice. PDFFRAME does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Paddle may share transaction, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-support information with us so we can provide premium access, verify entitlement, manage cancellations, prevent abuse, and respond to billing questions.
Other service providers and analytics
We may use hosting and security providers such as Cloudflare, document-processing providers such as Adobe PDF Services, and analytics services such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. These providers process information as needed to supply their services, protect the site, understand usage, and fulfill requested workflows.
How we use information
We use information to operate the tools, fulfill exports and conversions, administer subscriptions, provide support, secure and debug the service, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve product performance.
Retention and international processing
We retain account, transaction, support, security, and operational records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute requirements. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, deletion, correction, or objection to processing of personal information related to your use of the site. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription using Paddle's customer portal. We may need information to verify and process a request, and some records may be retained where legally required.
Children
PDFFRAME is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the current stage of the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, hosting, analytics, payments, or conversion infrastructure changes. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
