Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation information for PDFFRAME subscriptions.

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Subscription charges

The premium plan charges $0.79 when you subscribe for the first 7 days of access. Unless canceled before day 8, you are then charged $29.99 for one year of premium access. The subscription renews automatically at $29.99 per year until canceled.

Canceling future renewals

You can cancel at any time through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. You may also email 625940373@qq.com for help. Cancel before day 8 to avoid the first annual charge. After an annual payment, cancel before the next annual renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already completed; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 days of the relevant charge by contacting Paddle Buyer Support or emailing 625940373@qq.com. A request does not guarantee a refund unless required by applicable law. Paddle reviews and processes eligible refunds under its buyer terms, refund policy, and applicable consumer-protection rules.

Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges

If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect, contact Paddle Buyer Support promptly and include the email address used at checkout and the transaction reference from your receipt. Do not send full card details by email.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment method, bank, and Paddle's processing time.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right available under the law that applies to you.
